CALA Partner Day, of Cambium Networks, discusses the future of wireless networks
Delta Cable participated of the event promoted by Cambium Networks, a well referenced company in the Wireless system, in Miami, which discussed the future of Internet access and data links
The CALA Partner Day, an annual channel convention of Cambium Networks, that ocurred on July 26 and 27, in Miami, proposed new discussions and debates on the future of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Wireless. In order to facilitate access to the internet as one of its goals, Cambium is one of the three largest Wireless companies in the world. The program, which focused on bringing together brand partners, distributors and resellers throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, presented new solutions in the wireless systems segment and future projects for initiatives that connect the final users to distributors and suppliers.
The Sales Director of Cambium Networks in Brazil, Daniel Melo, explains that in this event, the new portfolio of wireless technologies was presented, which includes Point-to-Point, Point-to-Multipoint, Enterprise WiFi and IoT solutions, Cloud Management (cnMaestro), RF Prediction, and Link Alignment platforms (LINKPlanner).
He says that these solutions complement themselfs because they allow the design of customized networks to find the specific needs of each client, in a safe and reliable way, with excellent economic viability. "There were also several cases of success in different markets and applications, where our Cambium partners had the opportunity to share their success stories with the other participants," he says.
For Delta Cable's Product Manager, Carlos Milek, who participated in the event, the program was very important to understand the new projects of the company, as it brought an update on new products, how they will enter the market in the future and how the partners from other countries work.
For him, Cambium Networks is a prominent company in the field, since its quite new, but it does a great job to "connect the unconnected" - an act considered as one of its mottos - leading access to networks and internet all over the world.
One of the new features in its products, according to Milek, is the ePMP 3000 line, which is expected to be launched by the end of this year and will be available for purchase between February and March of 2019. The manager says that the future of the industry is already IoT, the Internet of Things applied to the Industry, and that on the event, it was possible to observe the application of cnReach products in this area and how they will be worked and updated from now on.
Delta Cable, one of the largest distributors of the brand in Brazil, was awarded in two categories in CALA Partner Day: "Exellence in Product Management" by the Product Manager Carlos Milek, and "Excellence in Sales" by the collaborator Aline Soares.
